Deposit Policy

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. The deposit secures your appointment for a specific day and time. Asking to reschedule, even for the same day, is a cancellation and the deposit is forfeited. The deposit is 20% for incall, 50% for outcall, minimum deposit $100.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the appointment, regardless of the reason or how much notice you provide, the deposit is forfeited. If I cancel, you may apply the deposit to a future appointment or request a refund. I have canceled less than a dozen times in eight years.
