Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is caused by anxiety. Orgasm requires the body to get tensed up. Here are a few causes:

  • a young man training himself to orgasm quickly during masturbation due to lack of privacy

  • discomfort with emotional intimacy

  • discomfort with sexuality, one’s penis

  • deep down, you want to finish fast

What you can do?

  • Relax your body. Take slow deep breaths, especially on the exhale. Relax your abdomen.

  • Find out what’s in the way of you ENJOYING it. Men who enjoy sex want it to last LONGER.

  • Squeeze technique. When you are close to release, squeeze the base or tip of your penis.

  • Kegels.

  • Breaks. As you retrain yourself, stop penis thrusting as you get close.
